It’s hard to pass up an afternoon of sipping on some wine, painting a quality piece of art, and donating to charity. On March 2nd, members of the Agility Solutions team were joined by Sarah from Poppybox to create fantastic works of art. During their session, the artists from Agility Solutions painted their own unique takes on “Colors of the Sun,” seen above.
Poppybox is a company that specializes in delivering paint parties to businesses homes across the Denver metro area. However, unlike many painting and wine drinking studios that have popped up in the last few years, Poppybox allows participants to donate part of their registration fee to the charity of their choice.
The Agility Solutions Volunteer Committee determined that part of the proceeds from this “Sip n Paint” event should go to Project C.U.R.E. According to the nonprofit’s mission statement, “Project C.U.R.E. identifies, solicits, collects, sorts and distributes medical supplies and services according to the imperative needs of the world.” Founded in 1987 by James Jackson, Project C.U.R.E. has worked with patients, families, and children in 130 different countries.
Who knew helping save the world would be this much fun?
