How does it work?
We work together to find out where coverage is needed and then gather relevant system data. Telecom specific analytics are applied to identify customer billing errors, pricing issues, services that aren’t billing at all and profitability issues. From there, an Agility team member is responsible for working with account teams to ensure the correct revenue is billed to customers and customers are still happy.
